Micro laser hardening for the most delicate hardening tasks on flexible dies.
The machine concept is especially designed for flexible dies. The contours to be hardened on the dies are measured precisely through a measuring system in the machine. The hardening process is carried out under inert gas and temperature control. The dies are fixed on the solid electromagnetic plate. The controlled process and the balanced thermal conditions ensure a consistently high hardening quality.
